I first read reviews before ordering little scared to order but I did I must say my experience was wonderful quality of product was great my return was very quick and the customer service representative was very hands on .overall my experience was great and I will be ordering again.

I have several pieces from Eloquii. All of them are unique and beautifully worn with class and grace. I feel really good when I wear your garments. I assure you that I get more compliments with every piece on my body. I am plus-size, and comfortable in the skin that I am in. Your clothing from which I have purchased, are first class accessories. Love every piece I have from Eloquii.

This is a horrible company. Do not get involved with them! Their clothes are nice but the company itself is underhanded -- they billed me for almost a year for a "subscription plan" that I did not know I was subscribing to and when I called to cancel it -- well it was just too bad for me that I paid them $85/month for almost a year - they still wanted me to pay for the two items i chose from the evaluation of the subscription plan that i did not know was a permanent plan - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I bought 3 items, all 3 fit poorly. I returned them within their timeline. Nothing I purchased was on sale. 6 weeks later they returned everything saying they were final sale items. I paid full price. Terrible company.

I can’t get thru to customer service about an order. Worst company ever. I tried email, calling and asked for chat option. Hold for long periods on time and hung up on twice when pressed option for text/chat feature.

I anticipated an eventual purchase of merchandise from Eloquii in near future. However, this morning I saw 2 disturbing models, one obese model in an animal print swimsuit and matching hat/cap. The other in an off white pantsuit, with jacket open an bare chested.... boobs showing and pants too tight around abdomen area. I know we live in a society against body shamming, but these two women looked atrocious in these outfits. They destroyed my desire to purchase either garment. No one is saying they shouldn’t model, but please dress them in items more complimentary to their body and overall appearance please.

Don’t do business with this company. I placed order # 07533063 on Thursday 1/7/21 at 10am and paid $37.00 for next day shipping. On their website it clearly state that if a order is placed before 12 pm you are guaranteed deliver by next day. so I paid the $37.00 dollars so I could get my order by Friday. Today is Friday and I have not received my order. I called this morning at 10am spoke with a rep and she guaranteed me I would get my order Saturday before I leave for business on Sunday. Well the order did not go out till 5 pm and then I finally get email with shipping number and when I track it FedEx show it won’t be delivered on Saturday but on Monday becuase ELOQUII PUT NO DELIVERY ON THE WEEKEND on the fedex package Then I try to call them abd of course they close at 5pm
So now I won’t be home to get my stuff because I leave Sunday. I did not get the right information from the rep and I won’t get my package. And they took my money

This is the worst service ever. They took my money for the shipping and the order and did not fulfill my order.

ELOQUII IS A AWFUL COMPANY !

My first time ordering from this company. I absolutely love the clothes. I ordered the chocolate faux wrap top... size 16... fits perfectly. The chocolate Lexi boots are sexy. I will definitely be ordering more things. And they send you $25 off of $50. No need to go to the stores. Thank you

I must be honest this is one of my favorite stores but the customer service simply sucks. Each and every time I've called I've been disappointed. As of this email I still have yet to hear of a resolution to my last issue. Order placed 9/7 said it was shipped 9/11 then email sent 9/12 telling me one item is missing due to limited availability just for me to go online and see 7 of the item left in my size. I sent two emails and never heard back. I finally called 9/14 since no one responded to my emails just to be told "were going to check our Canada warehouse and see if anyone else is having this same problem and we'll call you back and send an email". " There must have been a problem because we would never not ship it due to pricing". Now I'm not sure why someone else's complaint would have any bearing on mine but apparently it does. Smh. It's now 9/16 and I still haven't heard back. The bottom line is the customer service SUCKS, and the item was marked down to 29$ and went up tremendously and then disappears from my order. I believe they must have made a mistake with pricing and made sure if I did get it, it wouldn't be for 29$.

Eloquii.com always has unique looking clothes. I have ordered from Eloquii numerous times through the years. The material of their clothing is very well made and closer to high end, in my opinion. However, I've bought a few items because they looked so nice on the model and once I try it on, I realize that the item wasn't meant for me! haha. So for me, their clothing can be hit or miss depending on what I purchase. Since I'm an apple shape, I'm learning what looks good on my body type. Trial and Error! They have great sale/final sale items/pricing!
